Subscription Protocol & Transparency

At OFF.™, we operate with zero hidden scripts. Our goal is to keep your sleep schedule optimized on auto-pilot, while giving you full admin control over your supply.

01. Manual Activation Only We do not hide subscriptions. You will only be enrolled in the Auto-Refill Program if you explicitly select the "Subscribe & Save" option and check the confirmation box during checkout. By activating this, you agree to receive a fresh supply of OFF.™ every 30 days at the locked-in discounted rate.

02. The 30-Day Resupply Cycle Your card will be charged automatically every 30 days to ensure you never run out of sleep support.

  • Timing: Shipments execute on the same day of the month as your initial order.

  • Example: If you order on Sept 10th, your next system refill processes on Oct 10th.

03. Full Admin Control (Cancellation) You are never locked in. You have total freedom to pause or cancel your protocol at any time.

  • Self-Service: Log in to your account portal to manage your settings instantly.

  • Support Ticket: Email us at support@tryoff.com (or your specific domain), and our team will handle the cancellation for you.

04. Execution Cut-Off (Timing) To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 1 business day before your next scheduled renewal date.

  • Note: If your order has already processed and shipped before you request cancellation, we cannot issue a refund for that specific shipment, as you had a full 30-day window to opt out prior to execution.

05. Cancelattion Policy

  1. Free Cancellation After the Second Order
    Subscribers may cancel their subscription at no cost once they have received their second monthly order.

  2. Early Cancellation Fee (Before Second Order)
    If you choose to cancel before your second order is processed (i.e., during your first month), an additional fee will apply.
    This fee equals the difference between the subscription price and the standard non-subscription price of the product.

  3. How the Fee Works
    – If you cancel early, you will be charged the price difference to account for the discounted rate received when joining the subscription.
    – This fee ensures fairness for all customers and maintains the integrity of the reduced subscription pricing.

  4. How to Cancel
    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

Our "Clean Code" Promise We want you to feel confident in your setup. Our terms are visible at multiple checkpoints before purchase. By subscribing, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to update our protocols, pricing, or terms as needed to maintain service quality.
